We especially designed this tour for people using wheelchairs and we are sure that this is a very nice and cozy special tour!
Day 1: Welcome to Romania! Discover Bucharest
Welcome to Romania! This tour can only begin with a warm welcome at the airport, meeting with your guide that will present you our contrasting capital city: from old buildings to new and modern towers. Accommodation in a 4* hotel in Bucharest.
Day 2: Bucharest
Good morning! Did you sleep well? This day is dedicated to Bucharest’s main attractions: Palace of the Parliament, University of Bucharest, Revolution Square, Victoriei Square, Village Museum. Accommodation in a 4* hotel.
Day 3: Bucharest – Sinaia – Brasov
After breakfast, pack your bags: Transylvania, here we come! First: a wonderful visit at Peles Castle in Sinaia. Then, Brasov also known as the Crown City. So, you will feel like kings and queens. For today, we propose a short stop at the Bran Castle – not accessible inside (is there anyone who has never heard of so-named Dracula’s home when it comes to Romania or Transylvania?), after that Rasnov citadel with a beautiful view over the mountains. Accommodation in a 4* hotel in Brasov.
Day 4: Brasov – Sighisoara – Sibiu
Eat well in the morning, a long and exciting day is in front of us. First, Sighisoara, the only inhabited medieval citadel in South Eastern Europe, part of UNESCO heritage and then Sibiu. Beautiful road trip, beautiful landscapes, beautiful people! Accommodation in a 4* hotel in Sibiu.
Day 5: Sibiu discovery
After breakfast, your guide will take you through the old center of Sibiu to discover the beautiful multicultural heritage – The Synagogue, Orthodox Cathedral, Catholic Cathedral, Evangelic Cathedral, or The Astra Museum of Traditional Folk Civilization or the Open-Air Museum. Accommodation in a 4* hotel in Sibiu.
Day 6: Sibiu – Transfagarasan – Bucharest (available only during the late spring and summer)
We start with Transfagarasan, an amazing road. Serpentine after serpentine, the road waves from Curtea de Arges up to Balea Lake and down on the road to Sibiu. It is like a giant snake that cuts through the mountains in a struggle to beat nature. Welcome back to Bucharest. Accommodation in a 4* hotel in Bucharest.
