Isabelle Seddon is a passionate researcher of London and it’s history, and not only she is a Blue Badge certified guide, but she has also undertaken a European training on how to guide people with learning disabilities. If you want to explore London with a “T-Guide” – this is the certification she has obtained from the European Network on Accessible Tourism (ENAT) – Isabelle is the right person to book. She tells you why herself!
I started training as a guide in 2006, first as a City of London and then Westminster guide, before becoming a Blue Badge guide in 2011, the top guiding qualification in the country. We are often the only external guides permitted to conduct tours at many attractions, including the Tower of London and Westminster Abbey.
I trained as a counsellor and dramatherapist and worked as a therapist for over 20 years, dealing with clients with a wide range of mental health problems and disabilities, as well as running dramatherapy workshops for people with dementia and those with learning difficulties.
